Polska Randka Londyn 40+ — Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the online dating service Polska Randka Londyn 40+ available at https://randkalondyn.com (the "Service").
  2. The Service is operated by its owner, contactable at martinezz@randkalondyn.com (the "Administrator").
  3. The Service is an electronically supplied service enabling adults to make social contacts.
  4. Use of the Service is completely free of charge. The Service is funded by advertising, affiliate links and third-party advertising systems.
  5. Registering constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy.

2. User requirements

  1. Only persons aged 40 or over may use the Service. On registration the User declares that they are of age.
  2. The User undertakes to provide truthful information, in particular a true date of birth and gender. Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms.
  3. Only one account may be created per e-mail address. Creating multiple accounts, including replacement accounts after a ban, is prohibited.
  4. Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is prohibited.

3. Registration and account activation

  1. Registration requires an e-mail address, password, nickname, gender, date of birth and acceptance of these Terms.
  2. The account activates automatically, with no Administrator involvement, once both of the following conditions are met:
    • the e-mail address is confirmed by clicking the link sent to it, and
    • at least 2 photos clearly showing the User's face have been uploaded.
  3. Until both conditions are met the account remains inactive: the profile is not visible to other Users and contact features (chat, messages, likes) are unavailable.
  4. Photos must show only the User and must allow the face to be recognised. Prohibited photos include: photos of other people, images taken from the internet, artificially generated images presented as one's own, images showing only objects, logos or text, and images where the face is obscured by a mask, an unrecognisable filter or sunglasses as the only profile photos.
  5. The Administrator may verify photos at any time and may remove photos or block accounts breaching these rules.
  6. Deleting photos below the required minimum deactivates the account until the gallery is completed again.

4. Rules of use

  1. This is a respectful service for people aged 40 and over. The detailed community rules, which must be accepted before an account is activated, form an integral part of these Terms.
  2. It is prohibited to publish or send — in photos, profile descriptions, usernames or messages — content that is:
    • profane or crude, including masked forms,
    • erotic or sexual — including nudity, underwear photos, sexual innuendo, hook-up propositions, sugar dating and escort services,
    • promoting hate, racism, xenophobia or intolerance based on origin, skin colour, nationality, religion, orientation, gender, age or disability, including hate symbols and slogans,
    • related to trading in drugs or other narcotic substances — their sale, offering, encouragement of use or depiction,
    • related to trading in weapons and ammunition, as well as photos with weapons and threats,
    • inciting or depicting violence,
    • unlawful or infringing personal rights or third-party copyright,
    • commercial, advertising or spam in nature, including affiliate links, job offers, classified ads and financial propositions,
    • contact details used to move a conversation off the Service for commercial gain,
    • involving minors in any sexual context — such cases are reported to the authorities.
  3. Impersonation, phishing, and soliciting money, transfers, payment codes or top-ups is prohibited, as is any form of fraud (so-called "romance scam").
  4. Harassing, intimidating, insulting or persistently contacting a User who has ended the conversation or applied a block is prohibited.
  5. Actions compromising the security of the Service are prohibited: scraping, attempts to bypass protections, attacks, code injection and mass account registration.
  6. The Service runs in self-service mode with automatic content verification. Photos and texts are checked automatically on submission — by a word filter and by third-party content and image analysis services. Content breaching the rules is not published and the User is told why. Profanity may be censored and messages resembling spam may be blocked.
  7. The Administrator is the last resort: deciding cases the automation could not resolve, and handling appeals, which are submitted through the contact form.
  8. Repeated attempts to submit content breaching the rules result in automatic suspension. Content involving minors, threats, drugs or weapons results in an immediate ban on the account and IP address, without warning.

5. Messages and chat archiving

  1. For User safety and to allow reports to be investigated, all messages sent within the Service are permanently archived.
  2. Messages cannot be deleted or altered by either party. A User may only hide (archive) a conversation from their own list — the content remains in the Service archive.
  3. The chat archive is available to the Administrator solely for moderation purposes: investigating reports, detecting fraud and abuse, and fulfilling legal obligations, including disclosure to authorised bodies upon their lawful request.
  4. Archiving also covers message content prior to profanity filtering and the sender's IP address at the time of sending.
  5. The User acknowledges that deleting an account does not delete the chat archive.

6. IP addresses and technical data

  1. The Service records the IP address on registration, login, message sending and reports.
  2. A User's IP address is visible only to that User, on their own profile and in account settings. Other Users have no access to it.
  3. The Administrator has access to all Users' IP addresses to the extent necessary to keep the Service secure and may block access from selected IP addresses.

7. Reports, blocking and moderation

  1. Any User may report a profile or conversation that breaches these Terms using the "Report" function. The report includes the reporter's IP address.
  2. Any User may block another User. A blocked User cannot see the blocking User's profile and cannot contact them.
  3. The Administrator reviews reports and may, depending on the severity: issue a warning, remove photos or content, suspend the account, permanently ban it or block the IP address.
  4. In cases of obvious breaches (in particular suspicion of a minor, child sexual abuse material, or fraud) the account may be blocked immediately without warning and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
  5. Knowingly filing false reports is a breach of these Terms.

8. Advertising and affiliate links

  1. The Service is free for Users and funded by advertising, including affiliate programme links, the Administrator's own advertisements and third-party advertising systems (e.g. Google AdSense).
  2. Third parties may use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Administrator is not responsible for the content of external sites reached through advertising links.

9. Example profiles

  1. The Service may display example (demonstration) profiles created by the Administrator to demonstrate how the Service works.
  2. Example profiles are not profiles of real people and do not correspond with Users.
  3. The Administrator does not use example profiles to induce Users to make any payment; use of the Service is free of charge.

10. Liability

  1. The Service only provides tools for making contact. The Administrator does not verify Users' identities and does not guarantee that information provided by Users is true.
  2. Users contact others and arrange meetings at their own risk. We recommend following our safe dating rules.
  3. The Administrator is not liable for damage arising from contacts made through the Service, in particular for the actions of other Users.
  4. The Administrator takes care to keep the Service running but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to carry out maintenance.
  5. Entertainment content in the Service, including horoscopes, quizzes and games, is for entertainment only and does not constitute advice of any kind.

11. Account deletion and blocking

  1. A User may delete their account at any time in settings. The profile and photos stop being visible, while the chat archive is retained in accordance with section 5.
  2. The Administrator may block or delete the account of a User breaching these Terms.
  3. An account inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted after prior notice by e-mail.

12. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the Service should be sent to martinezz@randkalondyn.com.
  2. A complaint should contain the User's nickname, a description of the problem and its date.
  3. Complaints are handled within 30 days of receipt.

13. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Administrator may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law or in the functionality of the Service.
  2. Users will be informed of changes within the Service or by e-mail at least 7 days in advance.
  3. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. A User who does not accept the changes may delete their account.

14. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Administrator's place of establishment.
  2. If any provision proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  3. These Terms apply from 04/11/2026.
