Privacy Policy — Polska Randka Londyn 40+

1. Data controller

The controller of Users' personal data is the operator of Polska Randka Londyn 40+, contact: martinezz@randkalondyn.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: e-mail address, nickname, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), gender, date of birth, preferences.
• Profile data: description, interests, country and city, photos and other fields completed voluntarily by the User.
• Communication data: message content, date and time of sending, sender's IP address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, last activity time, event logs (registration, login, reports, blocks).
• Horoscope data: date, time and place of birth entered voluntarily in the horoscope module — used solely to perform the calculation and generate the report.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• providing the dating service (performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• keeping Users safe, moderation, detecting fraud and abuse (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• complying with legal obligations, including disclosure to authorised bodies (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• displaying advertising that keeps the service free (legitimate interest, or consent for cookies).

4. Visibility of data

• Visible to other Users: nickname, age, gender, country and city, star sign, photos, description, interests, online status and last activity.
• The IP address is visible only to the User themselves — on their own profile and in account settings. It is never shown to other Users.
• The full date of birth is never published — only the age is shown.
• E-mail addresses are not visible to other Users.

5. Chat archiving

For safety reasons all messages are permanently archived and cannot be deleted by Users. Only the Administrator has access to the archive, for moderation and legal purposes. See section 5 of the Terms.

6. Retention

• Account data — until the account is deleted by the User or Administrator.
• Message archive — up to 5 years from sending, for safety and possible proceedings.
• Technical logs and IP addresses — up to 12 months.
• Horoscope form data — kept in the browser session until the report is generated; it is not saved to the profile without an explicit action by the User.

7. Recipients

• the hosting provider,
• the mail provider (SMTP server) — e-mail address and notification content,
• advertising providers (e.g. Google AdSense) — cookie data,
• authorised public authorities — on a legal basis.

8. Cookies

• Essential: login session, CSRF security token, language choice.
• Advertising: set by third-party advertising systems if enabled by the Administrator. These can be disabled in your browser settings or through the provider's tools.
• The Service does not use its own cookies to track Users outside the Service.

9. Your rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port their data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The right to erasure does not extend to the message archive to the extent that its retention is necessary to keep other Users safe and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. Security

• passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes (bcrypt/argon2),
• forms are protected by CSRF tokens and database access uses prepared statements,
• we apply rate limiting, a profanity filter and anti-spam mechanisms,
• we recommend using the Service over HTTPS only.

11. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. An account belonging to a minor will be removed immediately upon detection or report.
